  I travel for work and eat at Applebee's often. I have never been disappointed at the Peru, IL location. Greg and Bruce are great managers and run a great restaurant. This establishment is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is consistent and any issue you may have they resolve to your satisfaction. The staff doesn't act like the typical corporate restaurant staff here, the service is much more personable and centered around you. The only thing I dislike about this location is it is cold in the winter if you sit near the door as they don't have a heater near the main entry. But that doesn't stop me from stopping every time I'm in the area due to the reasons I mentioned above. I was here yesterday 12/5 for the first time in three months and I seen they added local school jerseys to their walls - so cool how community centered they are and nice to see so many educational institutions represented!
