  Worst place ever Very slow and every time they make you park and wait 20 minutes or more for your food. Beyond pist. Pick up your damn game or you don't need to be working there anymore!! If I could I would give them a 0 but that's not a option

  I was passing through moving my mother to Iowa from Chicago. My mom likes to frequent sap bros cause she thinks it's a cute truck stop and is located conveniently in the middle of our journey. Made the mistake of going to the Burger King for a little refueling and boy was I flabbergasted. Would give no stars but that's not an option. Place is dirty, flies all over the inside, garbage and outside debris all over the floor(some would have stopped me here and said DONT DO IT, but mom gets a little hangry on road trips so...) horrible service, AND they don't check their orders before handing them out. I ordered with the same guy who gave me my partial bag of food and casually over his shoulder wished us a nice day. Took the food to go, because I honestly couldn't stomach sitting in such filth to eat and after eating my one sandwich realized they had left the sandwich and fries out. At this point I was just absolutely disgusted with this place, but I would later be heading back the same way, so I called the store to complain. They did not offer me anything for all the trouble, other than "I can put your name down and when you come back we can give you the sandwich".... I mean come on seriously? I was berated by flies trying to order and while waiting for my food, my feet were literally sticking to the floor, and the people working the front were NOT FRIENDLY. I DO NOT suggest going here unless you're desperate, and I hope this message reaches them.

  Surprised by this high level of service. The staff was attentative and courteous. Acknowledged me as I was waiting and lively at 7am. As I ate she asked me how was everything, which is rare to have done at a fast food chain. As I left, she told me to come back soon. Wow!
